There’s no reason why anyone should be reading this. On account of the fact i haven’t posted in over 4 months. But if you are I thank you. So here is what’s going on.
Starlit Platoon has now become Glory Fall. Ray Darter, guitarist, has decided to go his own way. He’s been with the band for so long, and this is what he feels he needs to do. Now, we have a new guitarist named Zach Hord. He’s a good guy, and great musician. It’s going to be the same style of music, straight forward-hard hitting rock n’ roll. But with a worship spin on it. I’m super pumped about it getting off the ground with a record. So that’s what’s happening to me with the band.
Another thing that’s happening to me is that i’m finally getting my own stuff written. I’ve got a few songs complete. So the only thing left to do is lay em down on a recording. Then I can get them to you all!
Jess has been taking a lot of pictures lately. We finally got her a camera! The Nikon d90! She loves it and can hardly use it enough. She just did some couple pictures with my youngest sister, Jessica, and her boyfriend Jordan. She also did his senior pictures. They are bomb! So she’s trying to get into freelancing. You need pictures for cheaper than the competition? She’ll hook you up!!
Other than that, nothing else is happening. Getting out of the holidays, and settling into real life once more. Let’s hope this new year brings new things. Which reminds me…
New Years Resolutions…
1. Be a better man of God. And all that comes with that…(husband, son, friend, mentor, etc.)
2. Learn something new and out of my box. Nothing musical, but something that I can be creative with. Whether it’s drawing, painting, sewing, or something of that nature.
